New Treadmill Workout!
The majority of my workouts are 60 minutes, but for those of you who don’t have time for an hour on the treadmill, here is a 20 minute interval treadmill workout that will leave you drenched in sweat. According to my SUUNTO, I usually burn just over 300 calories with this workout in just 20 minutes!
Interval workouts are great for fat burning as well as building up endurance for long distance runs. This is a new one I have been doing on mornings when I don’t have time to go to the gym later in the day, and it gives me a good running workout in a short time! Enjoy!

7 Ways to Reach Your Goals & Not Give Up
This can apply to fitness, health, work or just life in general.
- Take a Shot - Nothing tried, nothing done. Every day holds a new opportunity.
- Be Realistic - If you set unrealistic goals for yourself, you may be setting yourself up for failure.
- Stay Strong - Stick with it. It will get better.
- Keep on Target - If you don’t see a change, try a new approach.
- Persist - No one said it was going to be easy. Keep going.
- Don’t Doubt - It will be worth it.
- Push Yourself - Don’t give up. You’re almost there.

Water Reminding App!
So you know how I keep blogging about the importance of drinking water and reminding you to do it. Well there’s an app for that!
It’s called Waterminder. It’s actually been available for some time now but today I found it(thanks to Yahoo.com) for Free!
I downloaded it immediately since it’ll only be free for a limited time and so far I’ve been loving it.
The setup was extremely simple and easy.
Just fill out your name and weight and then tap the screen to start tracking your water intake.
You can set goals and reminders for drinking water, track how much you’ve had throughout the day and/or an entire time period.
There’s also a suggested guide to drinking water along with health benefits.
It’s pretty cool.
Definitely go check this app out.
